What is Vastu Day?
Vastu Day represents one of the 8 most auspicious dates per year – sacred windows for performing Vastu rituals and starting new ventures. Only 8 of the 12 Maasams have a Vastu Day; the other 4 (Aani, Purattasi, Markazhi, Panguni) intentionally have none.

Understanding Vastu Muhurta Timing
Each Vastu Day has a fixed 90-minute window starting at a specific offset after local sunrise. The offset (e.g. “1h 30m after sunrise”) is fixed and never changes; only the exact clock time varies with your location’s sunrise, which is why Anudinam calculates it fresh for whichever town you’ve set.
